Processing Time

For orders placed within the UK, we provide the following shipping options:

Delivery Fees : 

We have imposed a small £5 delivery cost for orders within the United Kingdom as part of our shipping policy. This charge keeps things transparent for our clients while guaranteeing dependable and effective delivery services. We think that by making this adjustment, we are still able to provide excellent items and shipping at a reasonable price.

Order Tracking :

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your product ships. On our Track Your Order Page, you can use this tracking number to keep an eye on the progress of your shipment and get an estimated delivery date.

Limitations on Shipping : 

Orders can only be shipped within the United Kingdom at this time. P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses are not where we ship.

Shipments that are lost or Damaged : 

Please get in touch with our customer support team as soon as possible at contact@xploremart.com if, in the unlikely event that your order is misplaced or damaged during shipment. We will look into the matter with our shipping provider and offer a solution that can involve giving the impacted items a replacement or a refund.

Modification of Shipping Address : 

In the event that an order has already been placed and you need to modify the shipping address, please get in touch with our customer support representatives right away. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after the order has been processed, but we will try our best to correct the mailing address before your order is dispatched.

Returns

You can return an item for a refund within 30 days after the purchase date. Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging in order for it to be eligible for a return.

Returns:

We will let you know whether your refund has been approved or denied as soon as we receive and review your return. Within 10 business days of approval, the refund will be applied to the original payment method.

Exchanges:

Please email contact@xploremart.com to make arrangements for an exchange if you need to swap an item for a different size or color. We will give you directions on how to complete the exchange and return the original item.

Damaged or Defective:

Not Returnable Items :

The 14-Day Cooling Off Period for European Union :

1. Which shipping option do you offer?
For a fixed fee of £5, we provide economy shipping inside the United Kingdom. Usually, it takes 5-8 business days from the date of shipment for delivery.

2. How can my order be tracked?

3. Do you offer worldwide shipping?
As of right now, Xplore Mart only offers shipping inside the UK. In the future, we intend to provide international shipping. Watch this space for updates!

4. What happens if my order is delivered broken?
Although we take great care to package your things, if for any reason your order arrives damaged, please email us at contact@xploremart.com as soon as possible with pictures showing the damage. We'll have a replacement or a refund set up as soon as we can.

5. What is your return policy?
As long as the item is undamaged and in its original packaging, returns are accepted within 30 days after the original purchase. Please see our Return & Refund Policy or get in touch with customer care to start a return.

 

6. Do your bags have real leather construction?
Yes, a large number of our totes, shoulder bags, and purses are made from premium real leather. For those who would rather, we also provide a line of items composed of high-quality synthetic materials.

7. How should my Xplore Mart bag be maintained?
When not in use, we suggest storing your Xplore Mart bag in a cool, dry location and wiping away any dust with a soft cloth to preserve its attractiveness. Using a leather conditioner on leather purses can help keep the material intact.

8. After placing my order, may I modify or cancel it?
Orders are processed promptly, however if you need to modify or cancel, please get in touch with us 24 hours after placing the order. We might not be able to make modifications beyond this time since your order could have already been processed.

9. In what currencies do you post your prices?
On our website, all prices are expressed in British pounds (GBP). If you are using a non-GBP card, your card issuer may apply a conversion rate. Your payment will be processed in GBP.
